Hybrid seedling plant in a 100mm pot. In this cross, we are breeding for the classic-shaped cattleya flower form, but in orange. We used the photo from ‘Native Son’ to show the high quality of the William Farrell (Pot. Helen Veliz x Blc. Llano) flowers. Carolina Golden D’Or (Blc. Bouton D’Or x C. Warpaint) has deep orange flowers with heavy substance. William Ferrell will impart shape, strong inflorescence and allow the flower colour from Carolina Golden D’or to express itself.
