This function specific course is for personnel responsible for and/or directly involved in ship loading and unloading operations. IMDG Code training is mandatory for all shore side staff involved in the handling and transport of dangerous goods by sea. IMDG Code e-learning was developed by Labeline’s partner, NCB Hazcheck, to meet the challenge of efficiently and economically training very large numbers of shore side staff. The courses comply with the IMDG Code training requirements in Chapter 1.3 of the IMDG Code. Updated for IMDG Code 42/24 Amendment Training and assessment is 100% online. There are tests throughout the courses to ensure that a good understanding of the course content is being gained as the student progresses. Students have 90 days in which to complete the courses once they start. There is a course completion certificate which can be printed out and kept as a record of training.
